Im trained on this system. Once on a training deployment i was the no2, incharge of deploying and carrying the tripod, heavy bitch of a thing. You can see in the vid when it deploys you basically flip the stand over and gravity deploys the legs. Thing is that you do the oposite to fold it up, basically turning it upside down and push a thumb stud to drop the 3 legs back down flush with the main body. However hand placement is crucial because when those things flop down if your hand is in the wrong spot, you will prob break a few fingers.

Also what the dont show you is that its never just set up and fired irl, its deployed in a corridor that has to be monotored by a radar system. If it takes 20 seconds to deploy whatever target you want to fire at is usually out of range by that time.
