I've had some sizzler plates in the cupboard for about 5 years and never used them. That's about to change having watched that, looks amazing !

Hi Ric.
I do the same roughly with saffron and ancho powder.
The fresh onions frying under with lemon juice makes a big impact.
I wonder how it would be with julienne of ginger and garlic as well.
I` ve got most of the gear but sizzler cast iron ovals and fire bricks?
Where a link would be nice if you `ve got one`

Try a knob of Ghee on the slizzer prior to adding the onions, Really helps fry the onions and create more sizzle when the lemon hits. Plus the smell
