Chicken Tikka + Shashlik from Scratch Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 litre of Yoghurt

1.5 tsps Colman's Mint Sauce

1/2 tsp Kashmiri Masala Paste

1 tsp Tikka Paste

1.5 tsps Tandoori Paste

3 tsps Red Food Colouring

1.5 tsps Yellow Food Colouring

2 tsps Mustard Oil

1 squeeze Lemon Juice

1 sprinkle Methi

1 tsp Salt

Chicken Breast

1/2 pint of Marinade

1 sprinkle Coriander

Tikka Paste

1 Onion

1 Tomato

1/4 Pepper
