If anyone is going through this, let me tell you ginger tea with lemon does work!! I smoke half a pack of cigarettes per day, for the last few weeks i’ve been experiencing shortness of breath while laying down. Got tested for covid and came back negative, my advice for you guys is drink ginger tea with lemon 3 times per day, drink lots of water throughout the day and try to exercise! Stay strong brothers

01:22am, I have shortness of breath, I don’t know if it’s because I smoke or I have contracted the Covid virus. Scary. This is the second day I feel like this and it’s only happens in the nights. I’ve just prayed to God to forgive me for the wrongs I’ve done and asked him to give me a second chance cause I’m not ready to die now. The one about using a fan really works, I wear a neck fan and blow it in my face when I get short of breath and it helps.

I found a easy way to help with this, flare your nostrils constantly, your mind will be focused on the nostrils while your breathing should go back to normal
