For me I always build a program that’s around my aerobic fitness and try to find that balance of easy days and 2 workouts a week! I’m new here, subscribed and am excited to support you as a fellow small YouTuber!

When do you start considering that running everyday is an option? Even though the black squares are 'easy runs', is this a lot of running? When would something like this (time allowances aside as I'm assuming this is a sliding scale) be applicable to a runner? When they can run 10-15km comfortably? <<< sorry, that's a bunch of questions!! lol
