We used 3 screens imaged with the same design, a122.55 HiDro mesh from Saati using a 65 shore squeegee blade at 10-15 degrees of angle and 40 psi and 3 passes each.⁠

The ink was Matsui DS hybrid clear under base, with a flash and iron, and two screens of Stretch White on top using the platen temperature as a flash in between. End result on this premium cotton BELLA+CANVAS 3001.⁠
