I just tried it & it worked!!! It took about 30m to fix my problem but unfortunately when I lit the candle the next day the problem started again. Sooo I just did the hack again

Thanks! The problem when I do that is the extra melting wax builds up and drowns the wick which then extinguished before the process is complete. Any tips?

What if the wick is really short to trim? I think I might’ve trimmed it too short which caused the tunneling

Do you have any suggestions about a tunneling candle with a very short wick? I tried to even out the wax with a wick that is half way burnt though the candle and not only made too much of a mushy mess, but also broke a part of the wick and now it is too short. Can i simply put a wick right inside of the candle while the wax is still mushy and let the candle burn through properly, or do i need to do something else?

will have to see if that works, i usually just boil the container and transfer the wax into a citrus peel
