I did both of the methods and it is still not connected to the internet.

I did “date and time” synchronization by network and also worked !!

I live in my sons annexe, so I don’t have the router, when I go to system settings it says internet connected, but when I try to go on u tube is says it’s not connected to internet, 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 I give up, u tube works fine on my I pad and phone, so I don’t understand 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

All my TV does is constantly flash a message saying WIFI dongle detected - WIFI dongle removed for a few hours until it stops as suddenly as it started. Then I have to leave it on standby because if I turn it on it does it again. There is no factory settings on my menu and no way to connect this so called "smart TV" to any external source.
