jvc smart tv startup but then freeze

need help to get this TV started

we took the TV to nuworld jvc factory they did a software update.

Same issue april 2025, 32 inch jvc tv. Any resolution to fix the issue?

Tv model: JVC 80 cm (32 inches) AI Vision Series QLED Android TV LT-32NQ3165C (Titanium Grey)

My Fix was = Hold manual power on (dip switch on TV) + Power Button on the Remote down symoutainously for 10 seconds. The LED indicator will flash as the TV turns on. Good luck all !

Turn off the TV plug wait for for 5 seconds and turn on the TV.
