Было бы интересно сравнить Windows XP с HDD и SSD на «360 Extreme Explorer» и сравнить результаты — полезен ли SSD для таких случаев или нет.

Предварительно стоит установить «O&O Defrag Pro v17.4» и настроить TRIM, оставить 30% свободного пространства на SSD.

The boot time seem too close. Was expecting the SSD to be at least 2-3 times faster. Could bottleneck be on the SATA limitation being that the SATA port or cable use is only SATA 1 or 2?

Are the sata drives in ide emulation mode or native sata

Mas esse Windows aí está bem leve, não deve ter nada na inicialização. Tem que instalar um monte de programas e colocar coisas pra iniciar com o sistema, como seria num uso normal. Quase não teve diferença entre HD IDE e HD/SSD sata. Com o sistema com uso normal daria pra ver bem mais a diferença.

Windows 98 on an IDE HDD boots like a thousand times faster than windows 11 in general tbh

Edit: even me/vista/8 isn't as bad as 11 imo (just saying, even though this edit has nothing to do with the video)
