0:18 Interesting how the SSD just skips the Windows XP login screen XD

Should've added the RPM speed info of the harddrive as well.

For the SSD and the SATA HDD, did you make sure to go into the BIOS and turn AHCI on? You'll have to reinstall Windows, but the speed drastically increases with SATA hard drives.

What's the fun of using the SSD when you don't get to see the goofy ahh blue lines cross the loading frame? XD

Looks like the SATA Solid State Drive wins the 2008 Windows XP Thinkpad t400 laptop. That also is a great and valuable one for The Sims Complete Collection with new mods must happen.

Windows XP doesn't support TRIM technology as opposed to Windows 7 and above and this is why I'd rather install it only on HDD but latest OSes on SSD only

a fresh install of windows Xp is usually fast , we can see there's a slight speed difference between IDE and SATA .
a good comparison would be with a regularly used computer loaded with files and apps

Лидером по-прежнему остаётся SSD, на 2 месте оптимизированный слабый HDD, а на 3 увы и ахххх неоптимизированный HDD

SDD is a hybrid SSD and HDD. Commonly accessed data is on the SS part, and other data is on the spinning part.
