The year is 1894, and the small provincial town of Zatonsk has calmed down after the ominous events that occurred in the first season. Anton Andreivich and Lenin having a go at each other over evidence gave me so much joy! So sad this series is coming to an end, though, the story development has been stellar!

This episode was so unpredictable, Polina was real evil, poor Anton he was in love with her. It was huge joy to watch all show, hope that season 3 will com later. The actors have done amazing job, they are very professional, The director, scenarists and all other crew have made environment that would look like the end of 19th centaury. And Anna and her Stholman can be happy now and get married, hopefully. Bravo.

This is so disappointing! It seems that Yakov choses Nina over Anna again and again. She was a British spy, slept around and was the reason he was thrown in jail. Now that he could be free, he decided to stay married so they won’t mistreat her and try to get her a pardon? Where was his priority? Not Anna!
