Odo was the one who brought the Changelings to the center of the story in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine; but, how does Odo compare up to the Changelings that were seen in Star Trek: Picard season 3?

You could try bringing back the female shapeshifter instead. It would be interesting to see if her views have changed due to her enforced time as a guest of Federation hospitality, plus constant reports about the Federation and the Dominion working together constructively.

Picard has gotten the changelings all wrong and even changed what they were in ds9. Picard is the worst Star Trek show and that's saying a lot considering std. It has been stated in ds9 that the changelings become whatever shape they take and are undetectable to sensors. So if a changeling becomes rock it IS a rock and the sensor reading show it as a rock.
