How do you find out whats the correct angle of the bore meassurement against the cylinder walls, I can see how much the indicator of the scale rotates up&down because of leaning the bore meassurement.I guess you have to note the closest possible value to zero which is 66, 4mm.

6:16 you're saying: by rocking it you find centre or maximum of bore dimension.Actually you're looking for "minimum" that is closest to zero. Thats why it was bit confusing to me.

Best informative videos - as always!

Any chance you can do a video on how to solve deceleration surges (knocking sounds) for the 2017 KTM? :)
Started 20 hours ago for my bike and I can't find the cause for this annoying feeling and sound.

How can you tell if you have a type 1 or 2 cylinder?

Interesting you don't say which piston size you have been or will be running. Given your measurements it looks like you'll be putting a size B piston in now and good to go!

Do you have any starter system troubleshooting videos? I have a 2012 Husaberg Te250 with the poor starter design. I have upgraded to the stronger starter and rebushed all of the starter components. Starter works jumpered out. Looking to test out the other components in the system. Thanks, you have great content!

So which size piston would you go with if you were using a new piston in the old cylinder? Size 1 or 2?

Hi Mark, when you change piston on your 300 tpi, do you go for minimum piston to cylinder clearance?
My 2022 300 tpi have never had issues with the airfilter but are close to the service limit at 10 hundreds already after 42 hrs of normal enduro riding so it must have been close to max tolerance already from the factory (6.6 to 8.8 hundreds)

Can you show where the cylinder size stamp or label is located on the outside of the cylinder? The manual indicates that it is on the right hand side, but doesn't show an example.
