Think about CAIN and ABEL, JACOB and ESAU. They BOTH had the SAME parents and upbringing, but notice how one from each family had GOD'S LOVE and APPROVAL and the other didn't. You can't keep BLAMING parents when these ADULT CHILDREN don't turn out right. Cain and Abel, Jacob and Esau from the BIBLE...One turns out to be amazing and the other turns out to be a demon....Guess what? They had the same parents and upbringing!! So what does that tell you? It's so easy to point fingers at parents when things go wrong, but we ALL have to remember that EVERYONE has free will. We ALL make our own choices and decisions, no matter how we were raised. Instead of these Adult Children playing the BLAME GAME, they need to FOCUS on taking OWNERSHIP of their lives....They DON'T do everything right, they make bad decisions and choices and they mess up too even though they KNOW RIGHT from WRONG. They are no BETTER than their PARENTS.

Thank you for sharing this struggle. When you believe in simple Christianity, Churchianity makes relationships with church goers very difficult. They always look down on you from some perceived moral high ground. Their conceit is disgusting.

Growing up with Christmas Day was so special, the most loving day of the year for my family. When I was younger I got excited about giving gifts, preparing old family recipes, decorating, listening to hymns, not about what I was getting.❤

Some people will never understand the real meaning of reconciliation. They just want to continue using, abusing and controlling others. Keeping people in mental, spiritual and moral bondage. No I don’t think so. They expect you to worship them like Demi-gods and engage in idolatry. Then get mad when you don’t. These people ain’t the true and living God or Christ.

Take heart Sheila! God has strengthened you and other believers to do his will, by being obedient! Sometimes we have to sever ties with satanic-minded Christians! (Which are not Christians at all) I myself am going through the same, sometimes I feel alone because a majority of my “Christian” family are very deceived and don’t really know Jesus at all! 😔

She is confusing his message! He is straight talking about people who disrespect you and will not give a genuine apology but want you to act as if the disrespect was ok. And then the perpetrator goes on to still disrespect you in the same manor. Also, some grievances require ‘gifts’ in addition to saying, ” I apologize “.

You just gotta let human be human. Leaders will fail and let other down, and sin, we are only human. Yes women also sin but we will get the blame just like Genesis 3:12. Leaning on God for support so we can continue to lead with love is all I know. My mother is an athesit and its very scary but I am leaning on God that she will still want to be in my life even though I have found Jesus.
