Oh! This is very similar to what I’ve been picturing for my build. The super tiny kitchens in most vans might be just fine if you’re not that into cooking. To keep costs down I want to cook though. I’m pretty much never going to have guests so I don’t need to take up space to accommodate them in the van, and I bought a giant screen room tent and wind/privacy panels, that takes less than a minute to deploy outside in case family wants to camp with me. Anyway, it’s really cool to see your layout! Looks comfortable and well thought through.

This is the best van layout I've seen! So much storage and doesn't seem as cramped! And love that kitchen counter. This makes a van seem a lot more doable

You have more counter space in that van than I have in my kitchen. I rent so I have had to create counter space with a couple of folding tables. There is room/blank space in my kitchen that I'd love to turn into counters with cupboards underneath..maybe if I save up. I'm disabled, vertically challenged (5 foot 4) and get vertigo anytime I look or reach up, otherwise I'd get some of those flat pack pantry cupboards you see everywhere.
I really love the layout, the thought put into it and can't help mentioning the cute pup.
My dream is an accessible tiny home with a space that combines kitchen, office and crafting space. Maybe something that could be moved around.

I agree with you a hundred percent the way you have done this layout makes it so spacious and beautiful you have the best sofa / bed I have ever seen and you are so right about you don't need to extend it for your self which is why you have so much more space than any other van-build I have seen before you almost have an Rv if you had a bath but ❤I would never take up space for a shower if you don't have big storage for water you can't shower often anyway my opinion best van build I have seen this year 🥰😃😄😁💙💦💙🌞☀️🌥

Love it! Love the storage / closet space! I have scaled my clothes way back already, but I would have a hard time doing vanlife full-time without my clothes, shoes, jewelry(!), and makeup! 💄Kudos!!! ❤🎉😊

I absolutely love this van setup! I do have a couple questions. How deep is the storage unit to the wall of the van and what are the dimensions of your sofa in sofa mode and overhead cabinets in the kitchen? I am seriously considering stealing some of these awesome ideas it’s such a functional space

I had an Australian shepherd as well . A blue healer . (( My experience )) He was the best dog ever ! So smart . He bagged when I ate also . Congratulations on your van . Looks like plenty of room for both you and your dog . So homey ❤️🌹❤️

Someone created foldable hangers so you can get more stuff into a tighter space. I don't know who, but I'm sure if you google it, you will find them. I saw a video on them and they would be good for you!!
