The Toyota Corolla Cross has done well for its maker in our market, and has also helped popularize hybrids among local buyers. The facelifted model finally arrives in our country, and probably the most notable change—more than the exterior design tweaks—lies under the hood. The gasoline-only variant is gone, and for this midlife refresh, all Corolla Cross units to be sold locally will be hybrid-powered.

Click play on the video above for our first look at the 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross—we’ll run through all the changes, specs, variants and prices. Then let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Dissappointed that the new V variant in Toyota Cambodia has a 360 cam, a panoramic sunroof and fully digital instrument cluster, while us here need to buy the old style GR-S body for all those improvements. Why are we being short-changed by Toyota Motor Philippines?

Toyota is going all in with the hybrid this year. It wouldn't surprise me when Toyota would only introduce HEV, PHEV and BEV and phasing out the ICE in the next 5 years.

Totally agree. Elbow room at rear seat is not good. Even VIOS is better. Other than that its perfect

I'm buying my first hybrid car. Which one would you recommend, the toyota xenix 2024 or the toyota corolla cross 2024? I know both of them were almost 2M in price and both from Toyota, i'm just not certain which one will i choose. Please advise. Thanks.

Does the hybrid battery continue with the archaic nickel metal hydride (NiMH) chemistry?

THE US version has a 2.0engine with194 horsepower and it's pretty fast.

Best to feature the new G hybrid. Hows the interior? GRS is very expensive 😂

How about the 360 camera? Parehas lang ba sa Ford Territory na automatic on when you slow down? Malaking tulong kasi pag gitgitan sa traffic lalo na sa Manila

i think the vehicle is underpowered, at least should have level-up with the Honda HRV engine specs to be more competitive in my thought.

Man from what I see Still no Heads up Display in the top of the range model :-( That about the only thing pushing me to the nissan equivelent model, is the beatiful heads up display on the nissan.

Malamig po ba aircon ng toyota for these new gen cars? As compared to nissan / mitsubishi using calsonic?

P.s. nagtatanong po ako ng maayos, sana yung sumagot yung may new gen toyota cars lang po, wag na epal yung mga wala, thank you!

If the G doesn't sell well expect an E model at around 1.4M

Disappointed. V should have all the features as that is the top of the line.
GRS are just sideline/parallel variants who wants sports.
Very disappointing from Toyota. No wonder Chinese cars are on the rise.

I dont want to buy a chinese BYD Sealion 6 but based on how Honda and Toyota thinks its customers as idiots, then I might consider the more practical value for money alternative. Why cant they just release a normal looking model with all the features of the high end?

I HATE THE GRS BODY KIT!!! JUST GIVE THE NORMAL VERSION A PANORAMIC SUNROOF AND REMOTE START!!!!

I would prefer the base variant to be like 100k lower and no HEV. Wouldve been better and a no brainer choice for me.
