Those first 5 weeks sleeping on my back were rough. After that I started sleeping on my side with a tiny pillow under my tummy/hip area for support.

Stomach/side sleeper here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I broke a rib last year and I had to sleep on my back kind of sitting up, I did the same thing with pillows and now I love sleeping on my back 😅

Boppy pillow works wonders. I had a tummy tuck & BBL at the same time. If you have a drain in sleep on the opposite side. Most importantly, keep your compression garments on!

I got a wedge pillow for my chest surgery and it has helped a lot with sleeping in the right position

Do not put on jeans with a button. Wait like about 4-6 months after. It left an indent right in my belly 😢.
