I decided to run a marathon in shoes that were banned by the nba to see if it could actually make it easy, or affect my performance in any way at all. Watch the full video to find out, because it's not what you'd expect.

This is super impressive, inspirational, and just such a 10/10 video. I do want to address one thing everybody real quick though:

DO NOT TRY TO RUN A MARATHON, OR EVEN A HALF MARATHON WITH NO TRAINING! It can lead to SERIOUS injury, and can get you off your feet for months. People I've known STILL have injuries from running a HALF MARATHON at 20 years old (almost 24 years later). Tyler has worked very hard in the past and is in very good physical condition. He is not the average person. If you want to run a marathon, you can! it just takes training spread out over a long amount of time.

I love seeing the Goggins in these videos.
Recently read his book finally, I love it. Been making me work out much more than I was before. Made my own sort of accountability mirror.
Stay hard Tyler. You're doing some amazing stuff.

Tyler, you've not just proven yourself time and time again, not only have you mastered your own mind and body, you've mastered your won skills and what you do. This video compelled me to continue watching, the editing was great, the story telling was great. Your channel provides an experience no other seems to provide.

I just wanted to say thank you. I am 6'3 and weigh around 169 pounds and I have always been told that I am not built for strength. I have always wanted to get better at pushups and could never get above 10 pushups. So I started to do pushups everyday and then got to the point where I hit 20 pushups in a row. I knew I could do better so I set 20 pushups in a row as the minimum I could do. After watching this video I wanted to beat my record of 27 pushups and I completed 35. I. Not done yet so I will continue to workout harder and see where I can go.

I couldn’t believe he was going to run a Marathon and then after he finished I wondered why there was still half the video left and then they said he was running another one tomorrow I was like “hold up, what a minute” This guy is going to be a real life Superhero in no time. Great Vid!

Don’t know if you’ll see this but I’m grateful you’re the way you are. Not many people would be willing to push themselves to be something greater let alone be humble about it. Hope you have good luck in the future with more channel growth.

Thank u Tyler I needed the inspiration bc I have had a mile on Monday and want to get an A which is under 8 mins. (For context I’m 12 yrs old and in 7th grade) and out of the 5 miles we have done 3 I still wanted to find the inspiration I needed being younger I was told and can’t be a runner or an athlete cut to my asthma and being overweight but I never let that stop me and I’ve been proving so many people wrong and showing them what possible as long as u put ur mind to it and don’t give up. I’ve even earned names such as the asthma runner, asthma kid, or the asthma worrier. And I don’t want to just stop there I want to push my self to my limits and go beyond I didn’t want to stop at just and 8:40 miles I wanted under 8 mins so I tried and before going to school I wanted to be inspired so I watched some of ur vids and by the time I finished I had heard my time 8:14 with a massive improvement but I can’t stop I want the A on the mile and I won’t stop. And I wanna thank u for this channel has been a massive help and inspiration truly thank you 🙏

Ps. Pls don’t hurt yourself

Great Vid! You inspire all of us and by just reading through the comments you can see the impact you are making on people. Although you don’t have 10 million subscribers (which you should) you are changing thousands of peoples lives and that is truly amazing!
