Does it make sense to sync your workouts to your cycle? For example, yoga during your period and a HIIT workout during your luteal phase. While there's no hard and fast evidence to support this, we think it makes total sense! Energy levels vary during the menstrual cycle, so listen to your body's cues when it comes to planning your workout routine. During your period a walk, gentle yoga, or Pilates may be all you're up for - and that's okay!
