Shopping List:
1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
2 Brioche Hamburger Buns
4-8 slices Deli Style American Cheese
All-Purpose Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder)
Burger seasoning of your choice
1 tbsp butter

Burger Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbs spicy mustard
2-3 tbsps ketchup
2 tbsps sweet relish
worcestershire sauce to taste
smoked paprika
all purpose seasoning

Jalapeno Bacon Jam:
3-6 Jalapenos
1 yellow onion
1/2-1 lb bacon
1-2 tbsps garlic paste
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup bourbon
all purpose seasoning
smoked paprika

Made this with ground Turkey (the pack with more fat) used boars head Turkey bacon instead (I don’t eat beef or pork) kept everything the same, and it was amazing! So for those who do not eat pork or beef! Sub for the ground Turkey with more fat( and a little duck fat/oil for more fat, burger will be juicy) and a good Turkey bacon and it’s amazing! Thanks Mike! Can concur, was the best burger I've ever made! Used a pretzel bun, custom beef blend of brisket and short ribs (Schweid & Sons) and used Sweet Baby Ray's in the sandwich sauce instead of ketchup. Very much looking forward to making this again :)
