Can we just appreciate how much fucking work Andy Morris did to bring this character to life. I can't think of another Bethesda actor who had to go this hard, and the character also has a pretty significant amount of dialogue.

Forget Cicero taking out 2 farmers as an example of his combat prowess, he wounded an argonian shadowscale and a pretty beefy dude with lycanthropy pretty damn bad.

Something you don’t point out is that Cicero is one of the older members left. His journals start 14 years before the games. Making him 24 at the absolute youngest. He’s more likely 30-40, which was likely why he was chosen as the keeper. His age and experience.

he is one of my, if not most favorite, skyrim characters. honestly one of the only reasons i even play the game with sound, instead of just disabling it and going with something from youtube for background noise. so creepy and outgoing

I know most characters in the game barely move at all while they talk, but in my opinion it's the most noticeable with Cicero, other than the occasional little dance.

I keep thinking about how Cicero manages to overwhelm a Shadowscale, then escape all the way the Northern most part of Skyrim, then fight Arnbjorn, a werewolf
