So I do believe the very last part is wrong. Cable ABC MAX=100-lb's. Because at 1:08 you said cable ABC is ALL one cable (not separate). At 11:50 you said T(ABC) = 53.46-lbs. So each side of the "pully" should be 53.46-lbs not double and making the back pack weighing 53.46-lb's. I would see if they where separate individual cables.
