When I was 19 I did a colonic every day for an hr every day for 15 days and I got more and more old junk out of me every time. Then I did three gall bladder flushes drinking olive oil and lemon juice. Omg! I got a literal ton of gall stones out. I had been a runner and slim and yet all this was hiding in me. I never eat anything without thinking about this … I’m 56 now and been vegan since I was 17 except for some experiments. Also I have come to experience that juice fasting and raw vegan die is the only true way to keep from polluting the gut.

Been having very wierd things going on in my stomach. Colon cleansing is in my "Gata Do" list. Diarrhea and or constipation. I work out of the country so I come in and out alot. So im pretty sure I got parasites. Started a cleansing and then Im going to do Colon cleansing. It has its pros and cons. But the pros outweigh the cons at this point.

NOT worms, that's intestinal mucosal lining. "Hookworms" aren't a foot long, they're almost microscopic.

Doing a parasite cleanse then doing a salt water flush on an empty stomach may also help pass the parasites. The flush cleans the intestines also, not just the colon.

A hookworm isn't that big. They are less than 1 inch long.
