The first time I had that done was a little challenging. Embarrassing at first. The tube insertion isn't a fun thing but not exactly traumatic. I’m going to get this done today. I messed up though cuz I should’ve asked to do this in the morning. Im going to get this done to clean my gut cuz I have been having some issues and my doctor recommended me to do this to get a cleansing cuz sometimes we don’t poop everything out and we can still have some stuff from years ago. Even laxatives sometimes don’t really get all that stuff out.
