You might feel better if you reduced your sugar input, including 7 Up. More plain water interspersed with your cups of tea. 😊

With the condition you have it sounds as if you need routine in your life and try to stick to it. Don't get involved with too many projects. You said you wanted slow living so Amber and Topsy can show you how to do that. Hope you feel better soon.

Eek! Leaving the chicken in the oven is a sure way to get food poisoning. Maybe keep a record on a mini whiteboard on the fridge of contents, so you don't over order.

Change your diet. Count your carbs and sugars. Diet has a lot to do with ANY medical condition! No more soda.

Try taking magnesium Sean. Good for aches, brain fog, depression and a multitude of things. An Epsom salts bath every night for starters will give real benefits ❤

Mayo goes in the fridge after it’s opened. I wish you would get tested for sleep apnoea. You would feel better with treatment and not feel so tired .

Ahhh yes! The “Bad Day Cascade Failure” due to brain fog.

With both autism and adhd this happens to me as well.

I’m of the habit to try and recognize the signs early and become a blanket burrito or something similarly torpid. This usually prevents me from lots of failure as it takes extra effort to in-burrito myself.

With chronic illness, mental or physical, it’s all about planning then coping. From my point of view anyways.

Sean, mayonnaise contains eggs, so it needs to be refrigerated. Ketchup, mustard, honey, and peanut butter can go in the cupboard. Jam also needs to be refrigerated. I hope you feel better!

Sean I’m praying you feel back to your normal self.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and have not had an episode for awhile but this past few weeks it dawned on me that the body aches and pains have been due to that medical condition.
Also I’ve had sciatica for over 3 weeks that have been very painful . It delays me being able to get stuff done. I have to do things in fits and starts!

I’ve just listened to an a doctor that Vitamin-3, Magnesium, and B-12 are needed to heal the pain and two stretches. I plan to increase these vitamins and do the exercises.

I don’t know when you had a fill medical check up but if you don’t mind me suggesting that you see your doctor. You may be lacking in some vitamins or something else anyway it might be worth a check up.

I don’t usually make suggestions of somebody’s health, but having dealt with chronic pain for a few years and learned how to manage it to the best of my ability. I’m only suggesting it out of concerning care for your well-being. I really enjoy your videos and it pains me to know that you have been suffering ever since you got back from London and I really do pray that you feel much better in the next few days . Take care Sean sending you hugs and love from Northern California, USA.

This is the worst! I was diagnosed with burnout last December, and for a few months, most of my days were like this. Thankfully, it seems that things are gradually getting better, or im getting better at looking after myself 🤔

Hope youre doing ok, thank you so much for sharing 🩷💛

I have brain fog and fatigue due to long covid and chronic severe pain following failed surgeries and other health issues, so I am limited by what I am able to do too I make lists... and reminders everywhere, If I need to take something out I place it in front of the door, if something needs to go upstairs It's on the stairs, plus a things to do list on the table, phone timer beeps etc...I have a shopping list and pen on the worktop next to the kettle, as I use the last of something it goes onto the list, I shop once a month, from the list..I keep a budget book and when I spend anything It goes in the book .. I find that all this discipline actually saves me so much rime in either forgetting tasks and having to go back and re trace steps, or having to repeat tasks I can always rustle up a decent meal from store cupboard stocks. ...ordering in is far too expensive and the stuff is usually horrible anyway....Routine and lists and limiting media ( which distracts me ) ... it's the only way I can function.

Sean, it is fortunate you didn't get sick from the chicken you left in the oven for 24hours.
Another example of not thinking and remembering.
Blessings
