2023 Porsche Taycan Turbo S: Does It Live Up To The Hype?

Ben, at 9:29, you talk about the passenger screen that only says Taycan When you put the vehicle and drive. That is a safety feature. It is a passenger display and only active. If there is someone sitting in the passenger seat. The passenger can do music as well as navigation to find additional destinations and when they add them, they will appear on the center screen, this is very convenient when you have a copilot. I have had a 4S for nearly three years and 60, 000 miles. It drives like nothing else.

Also, I think you’d be reasonably satisfied with even a 4S with Sport Chrono. 560hp is good enough for me. The Electric sports sound is an option that is about $500, I had gotten it as part of The performance package and I do find it entertaining on a twisty road.

I rather have the Porsche Taycan Turbo S than the Tesla Model S because the battery of the Tesla is so fast running out of battery unlike the Porsche Taycan Turbo S, the battery of that car is so slow running out of battery

There's vents, buttons, crap everywhere... and no central UI screen, not to mention no "Over the Air" updates, the Porsche batteries have a bad habit of repeatedly catching on FIRE, and the 200ish miles of range? Jeez...for 250% the cost of a Tesla Model S Plaid, with half the range, 50% SLOWER acceleration, about 60% of the cargo capacity, 4 vs 5 passenger, lousy public charging... the ONLY thing I give Porsche... is the ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS exterior styling... and maybe the brakes! 🤣
