How to take backup of photos of other devices remotely when we have its Gmail I'd and password

I have two phones using the same account on google photos. However even though I uploaded my photos and turned on backup for all of them, only one of the phone's images appears in google photos. Even when I turned off all the backup settings on the phone which appeared in the online photos website the other phone's images wouldn't appear on the website. I'm not sure why its doing this.
