Resolving Blue Screen errors in Windows BSOD
Показать описание
Blue Screen errors (also sometimes called black screen errors or STOP code errors) can occur if a serious problem causes Windows to shut down or restart unexpectedly. You might see a message that says, "Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer" or a similar message.
This problem occurs if updates and hardware drivers are not installed correctly/completely. Do not restart your computer until all updates have been downloaded. (If the update is at 90 percent, wait for it to finish). In some cases, if the hardware (such as the processor) is very old or gets heat, this problem may also occur.
On this laptop and after installing this quality update: KB5027293 the problem occurs. If so, uninstall it.
Fix 1: Use System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C \RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess
Fix 2: Uninstall all updates or disable driver. Try turning on Safe Mode
Fix 3: Install KB5027293 manually.
