One major different You can notice in all character animations in wuwa is they are much more aggressive while attacking. But can be calm while moving and again agile while dodge.
GI character are mostly calm while moving as well as attacking.
This fluctuations in characters movement adds so much more feel to wuwa.

Why comparing lumine electro vs rover spectro? Not fair, lumine electro vs rover havoc, their latest element in their patch or lumine anemo vs rover spectro, their first (default) element in their patch, which is fair enough, OR even their 2nd element, lumine geo (imo, which is not very useful) vs rover havoc (very useful f2p 5-stars dps)
