No really you don’t say you haven’t yet noticed since 2017 the Nintendo Switch isn’t as powerful as the xbox and PlayStation why did you buy the Steam Deck if your going to still buy powerful games for the Nintendo Switch that can’t handle every game?

They must have messed it up bad. Otherwise, it should be fairly easy just to give the original 360-version to any studio and just up the resolution and call it a day...

Dude calm down bro, gamers who only have a switch as their primary console to play games on would be more than happy playing this game without comparing it because they understand the switch limitation and having this game on the switch in the first place is a welcomed move.

Just finished the game on the Series X and it was amazing, little tip of advice if you have a Xbox Series X, buy the 360 version cause it’s dirt cheap and it bumps it up to 60 FPS so it runs very smoothly

I am surprised that devs are trying to push remastered editions on the switch. cmon, just port the originals. they will run better. i guess they think puting a word remastered on a game will get better sales.

I would have much preferred they just give the exact 360 game with 60fps over this. Charge 20 for it. All good. 360 on the go is cool with me.

It's just crazy that THIS game needs better Switch hardware. I thought Alien Isolation was going to struggle on Switch but it's actually one of the best ports for the system.

I've seen some technical analytics of the performance... the resolution is lower than even 720p even when docked and has a bunch of framerate problems

The only possible reason that they stealth dropped this “remaster” on the eshop is probably bc remedy might’ve rushed this version out with a small porting team while most of the other people at remedy were (or are) working on alan wake 2 and some other game that I forgot the name of. Either that or epic games just made remedy/d3t rush it out to get a quasi-quick-buck depending on how many people research on the performance of this switch version
Edit: just found out that this port was done by d3t and hopefully this remastered version gets all patched up sooner than later, otherwise I think I’ll stick with the pc for original and PS5 or XSX for remastered

I never buy a game on switch that's also available on other platforms because I'm always disappointed with the compromised switch version.
