Coaching points:
Begin with the knees under the hips and hands under the shoulders. Pick your knees up just off the floor. Reach out extending your opposite arm and leg while trying to minimize the shifting of your hips side to side.

Return to the starting position and repeat with the other arm and leg. Alternate for specified number of repetitions.

When reaching, try to not over extend at the low back. If that tends to be an issue, either lower your heel closer to the floor or regress to a kneeling bird dog. To make the exercise more challenging, slow down and hold the reach.
