"HELLDIVERS™ 2 is a 3rd person squad-based shooter that sees the elite forces of the Helldivers battling to win an intergalactic struggle to rid the galaxy of the rising alien threats. From a 3rd person perspective, players use a variety of weapons (pistols, machine guns, flamethrowers) and stratagems (turrets, airstrikes, etc.) to shoot and kill the alien threats. Players can also aim down the sights for a more accurate 1st person camera view. Combat is accompanied by frequent sprays of blood and dismemberment as players exterminate the alien forces or players and squad mates are hit by environmental explosions or friendly fire. Enemy encampments and battlefield environments depict bloodstains and dismembered corpses."

Not sure if this is known info, the siege-ready passive affects BOTH the primary and secondary weapons. So the stim pistol would carry a total of 35 stims and the grenade pistol total ammo count is back at 9

Back in HD1, we had the REP-80, a repair gun that can heal teammates AND repair damaged vehicles, sentries etc!
We don't need a repair tool, the REP-80 does it all!

Can we get a heavy kill stat at the end of missions? Would be sick to see who took out the most heavies.

A repair tool is cool but I think having the ability for the resupply pack or maybe a vehicle supply pack (that doubles as the repair tool) can give ammo to the suits and Vehicles as well.

I think they should include a ship upgrade that puts a spare tire on the FRV, allowing us to fix a damaged tire once per deployment. I think it would be a good way to introduce some kind of repair functionality to the FRV while retaining consequences for terrible driving.

The idea of picking up parts for weapon builds would be amazing. Just random drops on maps that have to be found.
Maybe 10-15 weapon parts means you can start to customize one of your weapons.
Full weapon customization means barrel, grips, buttstock, sights, ammo, color/pattern, ammo capacity. Each piece costing 10-15 found items to build.

orbital gas strike kills warp ships on ground with out having to deplete their sheilds amazingly

i wish there were a map that was like a highway where the gun truck would be pinnacle in traversing the longer then it is wide highway map.

Repair tool as a secondary would be cool. Short range fire damage but repairs turrets, Car and Mechs. Wicked idea

What I'd do for vehicles is have a Grenade slot "repair kit" you can use to repair a limited amount of damage something, but also add a Secondary Objective: Field Refit Depot that lets you fully repair as well as fully repair the vehicle as well.

I really like the idea of a repair tool in the throwable slot. Maybe we could start seeing it turn into a slot for utility if you don't wanna run grenades?

0:11 i just want them to fix how that thing handles it feels worse than the mako from ME1 its so sensitive and when turning your liable to go into a donut and or drift hard

I would want a stratagem similar to the HMG emplacement but with medium pen only and it comes down with a little bunker and small walls to provide near instant cover

In the first game the only way to heal/repair vehicles was with the REP-80 support weapon. This thing was so sweet.
It shot out a big green beam that repaired/healed whatever it hit including fellow Helldivers.
It was a healer/support player’s dream.
I hope they add it in Helldivers 2.

I feel like replacing tires with a repair tool isn’t gonna happen because of “realism”. Having a spare tire on the back you need to remove and attach sounds like fun tho.
