I hate when this happens, especially when it's people you think are your "friends."

This happened to me except they traced my art (hardly changing anything) and posting it...

It sucks because they used to be a friend of mine

And its even more annoying when they repost it and put "credits to the right owner" without even saying who drew them💀

Having your art being stolen and them claiming that they "drew" is one of every artist's worst fears 😭

I constantly see the "why foxy isnt in SB" on Pinterest, YouTube and all of that and any time there's no credit I say:
"We love NIRAMI'S ART" or "I love NIRAMI'S animations!"

Gosh I hate when people do that... especially when an artist isn't very known and when their art gets reposted by someone that claims its theirs, that person gets so much attention and praised for it then the original artist gets attacked for supposedly stealing the art that BELONGS TO THEM. (True story, I've seen it happen many times and its sad.)

Bro someone on insta literally stole my entire identity and MY FOLLOWERS THOUGHT IT WAS ME. They literally took my name, art and put THEIR WATERMARK over MY art. Like the nerve of some people

I legit feel like some artists are saints when they don’t get mad over someone stealing their art- like- I can tell how much effort and time they put into their craft 😭

I hate it when I recognize art that’s someone else’s art and I see the person who posted it saying it’s theirs. It frustrates me beyond belief that people can just take credit like that and have no guilt or shame. I feel sorry for everyone that gets their art stolen and I’m sorry you had to have that happen to you too.

It really sucks that there’s people who still would steal art and claim it as theirs. If you ACTUALLY wanna make art, try to learn it!

Also, I don’t think ai art would work out that much, unless if it’s related to making a background (I do remember that a company did make a short anime film for Netflix that did include ai to generate backgrounds. For those who wanna know the name of the short film, it’s “Dog and Boy”, I discovered it when a YouTuber discussed of whether using ai art is bad or good, but I haven’t watched that short anime film myself.)

Seriously, I always call out people who repost something without credit or worse, claiming it. To be honest, I don’t even like YouTubers reacting to videos because most times the reactions get more views than the actual video they’re re-acting too. Hate seeing stuff made with passion and dedication get screwed over by people who just make videos for money. :(

I feel like artist need to start a coalition of people. They basically help artist scour the Internet, so that they can help that artist prove that a person has been stealing from them. I don’t know food for thought.
