The best age to wear deodorant is when you smell your child. My daughter is 8 and after dance she ran by me and I smelled the faint smell of body odor. So we went to the store and bought her some.

There is so much more toxic ingredients in deodorant besides aluminum. Homemade deodorants are really great, please watch your health.

Edit: Also it would be the best if Olivia started with natural deo. Her skin and whole body would adjust to the natural deo. I had a hard time going from Dove/Nivea to natural one, since my skin was adjusted to all toxins in basic.
