There's only one shiny starter I'd want: Snivy. White was my first game, and he was my starter named George. That was the first game I ever played till the end of the main story. He means the world to me and when I unlock his biome he's gonna be my main hunt

I adore Oshawott. It was my first starter (started playing White, Oshawott was my fave starter of the bunch) and he's just a little man. And I love him. Plus, Hisuian Sammurot is crazy good (imo)

Personally for me, Gen 3 and Gen 4 have the best starter trios. Everybody has a fondness for them that only Gen 1 has because of nostalgia.

You don't need an outbreak of Rowlet. You can isolate hunt them where you found the outbreak but you will need a flying boost.
