Finally! This is what I've been searching for! It's so hard to find tutorials for the older versions of PS! For those of us who cannot afford to upgrade, tyvm! And the way you find dead center is brilliant!! Can't believe it's so simple, yet I never thought to do something like that. smh Thank you for showing the shortcuts too. Perfect video! Thanks for the tutorial!

Yikes. Hate to be rude here but seems like the first 3 mins can be clipped out. Also, after watching this I realized that just creating an action of: 'duplicate, free transform, rotate, end' did the trick in like 2.5 seconds ;)

Just rightclick the layer and duplicate, this is giving me anxiety

15 seconds time is enough where you consumed 5:36 minutes, we can perform this using keyboard shortcuts

It's not much use if you can't see what is being done, what's wrong with SPEAKING?

you don't even mention what commands you use, if you're going to not talk, at least use some text to know what you're doing

Thank you so much. For me the fastest way of finding dead center is to create a 1 or 3 pixel wide red dot. Center it on it's own layer. You can drop it under or over any layer you need. That is my center point. Also horizontally center the first icon you make. That's all you need. Guides just get in the way. For me, this is easier.

"industry-standard professional software" and still; this is all you can do... Creating a circle around it and rotating the object with the circle as main selection also works a lot better and fast, because you don't have to realign the pivot.

it's close but no cigar. the rotation isn't perfectly spaced. there should be a simpler way

Hi, I do not have the same scale after pressing on Free Transform. There is just a cube whose size can be changed. I use Photoshop CC 2019.
