I used to remember my dreams but haven't for years. Probably close to 15 years at least. Except for a nightmare once in a great while but even with nightmares I usually only remember them for a few minutes.

As for dreams I always feel tired after waking up in the morning I feel pain in my feet as I spend every night walking in some unknown places and doing things with or to different people either fighting or teaching or flying and running but the very moment I open my eyes all those dreams vanish it’s frustrating and tiring me ❤❤

Well I do mostly remember my dreams and I apparently get a lot of them. But a) I don't know what to do with that b) Recently I haven't been able to remember my dreams/nightmares 😌 Still they do have an effect on my mood... Nice to hear about this, I've been wondering about it a lot, so this is a blessing

Dreams 💤 are primarily logic 🤔 puzzles 🧩🧩🧩.

You need to write down and SOLVE dreams more if you intend on remembering them more.

Sir, i have a dream in many ways that i have a third eye, and the other dream that i have a new born niece and i saw her name that has "Om" in it, and the other dream that i have third eye and i saw my cousins present days and i heard chanting sounds. I've had less than a hand full of dreams, since the passing of my husband January 30th 2013. And now, if I do Dream, I don't remember. I've also noticed that my memories are scrambled, mixed up and confused. Or I have no memory at all of an event that happened. I know age and trauma can cause this, and Heavenly Father knows I've had much severe trauma in my life of nearly 60 years.
My Question is, Can I reverse this issue, or am I simply going to slowly evolve into a Mental Loss?
