0:59:00 TIP ONE: Get Owners Title Insurance
02:48:00 TIP TWO: Know your Codes
04:22:30 TIP THREE: Find the right People

I want to categorically state this - I am not a real estate agent, a professional builder or a lawyer, these are just some of the things I had to learn when purchasing my Adirondack property.
I cover Title Insurance and why you should get an owners title insurance policy, how to streamline the permitting and building process and the one piece of advice that can make the whole process of searching for, finding and developing a piece of raw land much easier and more rewarding.
