Weirdly inconsistent. Blocked prompt of 2 "Disney Animated influenced" hand drawn woman making goofy Photo Booth Faces at Mall. Allow everything till add goofy face part. Yet it allowed me no problem to create a Golden Lion version of "Black Panther". In Bing Image Creator / Microsoft Copilot.
