Bing is so sensitive in censorship. I can't even generate "a pretty girl with elegant dress and heel, in a party". Whenever i try to generate, It's show... unsafe content detected, or we can't generate due to high demand. But when i type "paper in the air" it generate instantly. 😅

DALLE-3 is extremely censored as of now. Can't replicate any art style within the last 100 years. And doesnt allow any well known names or IPs to be in the prompt.

The public iteration of Dall-E 3 is horrendously filtered and keeps telling you that the prompt is contrary to user policy even if its clearly not in the slightest. They seem to have locked it down so tight its almost useless for any more than a basic 5 to 10 word prompt.

Dall-E 3 is phenomenal! But I still prefer my SDXL Realistic Vision generations more which I can control the way I want and the generations are much faster on my PC. I can't imagine what waits us ahead. The progress is immense!

Pretty sure the copyright of outputs via Dall-e 3 on bing belong to microsoft, where as the output direct from Dall-e 3 website has different copyright terms. So if you intend to use outputs commercially or to build upon, you cannot use the bing version.

I have the Plus subscription, but no DALLE-3 access yet. Settings->Beta features doesn't list it either.

Thats not free, Especially since its extremly censored. So its either 20/month or a few images per days with requests often failing, breaking and displaying less than 4 images often not complete.

Those prompts are horrible. BUT if you want it just to use your prompt, this is what by friend did:
"How do I get you to use my original prompt for image generation?"
It apologized for the misunderstanding and just gave him images from his prompt after that.
And Bing's free image generation is CENSORED AS FUCK! It would make the Church Lady scream "You've GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!"
From what I can tell any image it gets with cleavage is considered too offensive.
Some very good hands and character interaction with this method however.
Sticking with SDXL.
