Vipassana is a pure form of mindfulness meditation🧘‍♀️... I have done 10 days Vipassana course, which is free for all.... Moreover I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for almost 4 years. One thing for sure, meditation helps you to hide your age(you look far more young than your biological age) and definitely you will having more good friends.

Easiest meditation techniques for beginners:
1) anapanasati: means only focus on breath and nothing else.
2) guided meditation: play its video and take your attention to body parts as directed in video/audio.
Meditation is mentioned in Bhagwad Geeta as Dhyaan Yog. Once you control your mind, you can achieve anything in this world and at last, soul attains Moksha.
