One thing i noticed when i started meditating on a regular basis is i got my Laugh back...not a giggle....i mean that deep belly laugh i use to have when i was a little kid. I dont know the mechanics of how meditation helped me reconnect to it, but im thankful for it.

I thank myself till date because I used to meditate for 40 mins every day in final year of my dental school. That kept me calm through all that pressure. I am thankful that I was born and raised in an Indian family . I picked up stuff from my super religious family. No books teach the verification of universal laws . It's the intense, unusual and not-enough-talked about experience which a beginner starts to feel. We all react differently to different frequencies.
