When was the last time the USA actually won a war?! WWII, which was also the last time Congress formally declared war rather than just slowly drifting into war without understanding the consequences thereof.

Their civic cultivation must imperatively start from elementary level.

They need to learn, and truly comprehend, their nation’s history.
