After 34 years of smoking cigarettes and heavy tobacco, I managed to quit smoking with the help of IQOS. After a month and a half of smoking IQOS, I switched to electronic vape with liquid. A month before I started smoking with IQOS, I started practicing Yoga & Kundalini. I have four and a half months since I stopped touching cigarettes and soon I will leave electronic vapors.

Now, right. I need to write this. I can, on some occasions, start an evening with 20 cigarettes and make my flat smell like an opium den. For the last four hours I haven't sparked a single cig. Been smoking best part of 30 years. But I have used IQOS all night. Only three HEETS. I'm impressed. It's moderately like vaping but not quite.

Used the IQOS for 6 months to quit smoking. Switched to Vaping with nic salts and been doing that for a further 2 yrs and still do today. Never smoked cigs again. No desire either. Follow my plan. Thank me later. If I had to do it again. Go to Vaping with nic salts right away.

IQOS works much better for me than vaping. It gives me the level of nicotine satisfaction that vaping doesn't achieve, plus for some reason vaping irritates my throat. BUT I have one big gripe about IQOS and that is when I remove the cap to discard the heet stick after smoking, it is fiddly to put the cap back on. I've tried all the different versions and it's the same problem with all of them. Any suggestions?

Is there a trick that the light does not turn off after about 2 minutes. That is much too fast for enjoying a cigarette.

This must be an updated version, I have the white IQOS device with a flip top, one of the original, it has Bluetooth but I cannot find the app for it, not that I really care about it.

The 5 quick click is not working on my new iqos 3 duo. After pressing 5 quick times there no lights on. Is that normal or is this an issue with my device? If so what can i do to repair it?

If a smoker doesn't find an other way to stop smoking cigaretts, then the Iqos might be the first high expenssive step in the right direction. If you were able to do that, then do the next step and switch to vaping, because heating tobacco is 10 times more toxic, as vaping, even as toxic as cigaretts, if you don't keep the device clean.

Hi there, I am new to IQOS and have a couple of questions:
1.) Is it OK to keep the holder in the case all the time or shall I only put the holder in to charge it before smoking? I mean, if it’s in all the time, will it not reduce the battery life/length of the smoking sessions?
2.) My holder goes off after about 4 minutes. Is that normal? I heard one session should be about 6 minutes long.
