An Easy Way Zip Yourself Up

Ribbon is fine at home but I found I better solution. Attached an old chain/necklace, zip up and drop inside jumpsuit or dress, same as ribbon but can leave attached, drop inside, ( not as bulky and if it is seen)

Electtric guitar string works in a pinch.

This will not work for a tight dress that needs a bit of squeezing along the way up or down. It will break the zipper.

Why not just feed the ribbon/ cord through the zipper hole (double the ribbon)?

I love that she mentions zipping up a jumpsuit ... but they dont show you a hack for that!
And just why does every video on this problem have a zip that goes all the way up to then neck so that you can so EASILY remove the pin or what ever suggested aid! My dresses and jumpsuit zip closures hit bra strap length... where is the hack for that!!!

How do you get the safety pin a ribbon off so that you can go out? If you can't reach the zipper how on earth can your reach back and undo a safety pin from a tiny hole in the zipper? I could be missing something....

Duh!! If you go to the toilet you don't need to zip it down. You are wearing a dress so you hike up the skirt part of your dress.

Do not do this. It will break your zipper.
