Child Support Unconstitutional: This Is How The State Gets Around It 🤬

The administrative child support process appears to have been found unconstitutional by several different courts.

Though I am still researching this issue I have a theory that the state already has a way to get around these constitutional questions.

They do it by obtaining your consent to the administrative process without you ever really knowing that you had a choice.

Nothing in this video is meant to constitute legal advice and nothing here is an invitation to establish an attorney-client relationship.

Always consult your own lawyer in your jurisdiction regarding your specific set of facts.

It doesn't make sense to give custody to the parent that doesn't have the means to care for the child.

I went to jail for being unemployed and not paying child support, whereas my first ex-wife has owed me child support for over 30 years, has 2 court orders for that, and has never seen a jail.
In Illinois the rate is 20% of income, but I was forced to pay 20% plus $1000 per year for 15 years.
Don't get me started.
The system is nothing but evil and criminal.

Start reporting the child support agencies and the courthouses to the FBI for racketeering and extortion!

I won a child support case by not changing my address but I got a job in another state and when I came back after five years they tried to prosecute me and even pulled my ww2s and I won the case because of a jurisdiction and it was dismissed..

To be honest I rather go to jail then pay the government child support of kids that live with me. These women using this system to tear good dads down. I got court in June ima ask the judge for jail time I'm not paying 1 cent ima be the first dad to fight for my rights as a dad.

Happy to see these kinds of videos. I am not a lawyer or a Constitutional scholar. But the whole program seems wrong somehow. Of course, men should take care of their kids. That's indisputable. But the system we've created seems terrible and often counterproductive.. and possibly unconstitutional. If you want ideas for future videos, consider the Writ of Attainder. If a man falls behind in child support for any reason, he's automatically put into a lower class with no Due Process (passport and driver's license revoked, credit ruined, etc). Sure, deadbeats exist. I'm talking about the AUTOMATIC nature of the punishment, with no Due Process. Just a thought.

In my experience, you can't even mention the idea of reforming child support or suggesting that the system is inefficient and unjust without people recoiling in disgust before you can even finish your thought. The stigma around fathers who are only seeking a more level playing field blows my mind. I can't believe it's 2023 and we still have these barbaric, archaic rules and practices around custody, parenting time, and child support. It's absolutely criminal.

Dig a little further. Here in the state of Texas, the child support program is run by Dun & Bradstreet a privately owned company keeping track of child support payments as well as collecting them. A simple Google search of Dun & Bradstreet in the DFW area will coincide addresses for Dunn and Bradstreet. When you call the number the office of attorney general answer the phone. It’s literally right in front of our faces. That right there is unconstitutional. Along with the fact that $.66 on the dollar gets kicked back to the courts and into the judges pockets.

Child Support is Institutionalized Indentured Servitude and therefore is in violation of the 13th Amendment,
"Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Title IV-D agency violates separation of powers doctrine.

Title IV-D program (re)quires an agreement.

That agreement can be express(ed) in writing, oral, or through your acquiesce.

Agreements are a little different then contracts. Contracts have two (2) signatures while agreements have one (1) signature.

Title IV-D officers practice law without being a bar member.

Blessing v Freestone

Covers that the custodial parent has no federal rights to the program and that the individual children are not the intended beneficiaries of the program.

Here something to consider:
I don't believe it to be Constitutional in ANY case to remove one's offspring from a fit parent who wants to be in the life of the child, and then order that person to make payments to the State.
CS payments are not paid to the child. They are paid to the State, and the child is NOT the beneficiary of, nor have a right to receive them. (Blessings v Freestone)
Also, by law, no judge is able to make a decision or order concerning child support because they have a monetary conflict of interest.
By law, judges have to take their judicial salary and pensions from their State Treasury. Child support payments collected go into the State Treasury where it is audited, and the state receives a Grant of 66 cents on every dollar collected. Thus, making money for the state. Since judges received their salary and pension from the state treasury, it is voted on every year in the Appropriations legislation of each individual state. If there is more money available in state coffers then judges will get a raise and more in their pension. That's how they're able to make it look like there's no conflict of interest. But I assure you this is a racket of extortion.

There is an area for you to research....

your assumed to be in agreement with a oral or written PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY CONTRACT, however, since everything happens inside of their private fake courts they are not concerned with any violations of process or wrong doing having duped the public into believing everything is lawful and legal..

There was an executive order 12953 in 1995 that clearly states child support is only for Federal employees. Also plenty of U.S.A. codes that state it is only for Federal employees.

Custody is the problem. Who has custody leads to child support. If both parents have the child equal time why would you need to give your money to your ex partner? I know that this is Florida, but there is case law that says the government cant just take your money and do whatever they want with it. The government says you have to. You don't have to give your money to anyone you dont want to even your kids. You have the right to contract with anyone you want to. Here the tricky part people try to make it seem like you dont want to take care of your kids. Most men do just, not when they are with your ex partner. If you can't afford to take care of that child alone, why is that your problem?
