I went to jail for being unemployed and not paying child support, whereas my first ex-wife has owed me child support for over 30 years, has 2 court orders for that, and has never seen a jail.
In Illinois the rate is 20% of income, but I was forced to pay 20% plus $1000 per year for 15 years.
Don't get me started.
The system is nothing but evil and criminal.

I am here to testify that I live in the republic of Minnesota, & I have watched this video 50 times over & and over again. I am here to let everyone know that she is telling 100% total truth, I just served the hennepin county courts with this information that she's sharing. Im located in Minneapolis Minnesota & they have recently terminated my child support case, & no more garnishments as well... Im about to reach out & and sending this beautiful woman a donation ❤️. When government officials take an Oath of Office to "uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States" (and/or Texas, New York, Utah, etc.), they enter into a specific performance contract with We the People. By virtue of their Oath of Office, government officials assume a contractual duty or obligation to obey the law!

If a government official who has sworn (i.e, contracted) to obey the law, breaks or ignores any law he's sworn to "uphold", common citizens can file a Commercial Lien on his property that will paralyze his ability to buy, sell, or lease any property and ruin his credit rating until he corrects his breach of contract and once again obeys the law. For example, suppose a judge arbitrarily denies you some Right guaranteed in the Constitution he's sworn to uphold -- if he does, you can file a Commercial Lien on his property to compel his compliance with his contractual oath.

Because the Commercial Lien is a non-judicial instrument, there is no judge or court involved in the filing procedure who could dismiss the lien and thereby protect government officials who have broken the law. Although we are still unable to sue city hall (and the crooks that reside therein), it looks like we can nevertheless "lien on 'em".

I tried this in Louisiana. It doesn't matter if the ruling was in another state because all federal ruling is law . I did exactly what she said 4 months ago and all I can tell you is that I no longer get any more letters from the Child Support Office
I tried calling them to see have they closed my case but could never reach the case worker
. The lady at front desk always ask for my case number but she can't never pull it up.. I don't know what this means but when I get some answers I'll come back to the comments and share my experiences

After researching this and reading the entire case and decision, issued in January 1999…the subject was not “child support”, but the “administrative child support process” that was deemed unconstitutional. The end of the ruling states “the administrative child support process shall remain in place until July 1, 1999. This delay will give the legislature an opportunity to modify the system consistent with this decision.”

A state supreme court decision is mandatory on all appeals courts and trial courts in that state, but not on state courts in other states.
