I was on an F1 visa and my child (F2 visa holder) attended an elementary school in the kindergarten level while on F2 visa. Now, I'm on H1B and my child is on H4. While filling the DS160 for my child, I came across this question
"Have you attended a public elementary school on student (F) status or a public secondary school after November 30, 1996 without reimbursing the school?"
Should I answer yes? How will this answer affect the visa application?

Hi Yudi. During my final year of undergrad I worked as intern. Where should I mention that information in DS160? Should I include a line saying "I was working as so and so in xyz" While mentioning about college details in present employer section?

Also I the home address changed from the one I used in my passport, should I put the new home address or should I just use the old address and write the new address for the mailing address?.

When filling in the information for my passport I'm a little skeptical about the place they asked the country that issued where my passport was issued. Brother my last name in my school and college records are just the letter "M" whereas, in my passport, my father's full name is mentioned. So, while filling the 'other names used' on the first page of the form should I say YES and mention it??
