The Edge browser is very unstable, sometimes it shows the best result in 3-5 seconds, sometimes it lags far behind.

Edge is a lot better than IE tbh. Use both opera and edge on my laptop and these two works fine, uninstalled chrome because its very heavy on recources, not to mention the

i would say both yes and no. It's true that edge is faster speed wise, but it have some other problems, example the ad thing, but since u are in private mode it doesnt affect much. But the biggest problem i have with edge, is it have some compatibility with some print drives, which can cause the printer stucks with the file that printing from edge browsers, and the only work around is to restart the print spooler, which is pretty annoying. And it have some compatibility problem with some other programs/devices too, example with some IoT devices web interface, IP camera web interface, monitoring software web interface and so on. So yes is nice if you are normal user, for PC support or Data technician, is a pain to use edge :/. I hope they soon fix these issues.

Opera it’s my choice and is not for be faster (obvious) it’s cause like more all the mouse gestures, I like it a lot

I use opera because of its really smooth surface, its add ons and its overall functionality <3

This lacks showing the extensions in use or if it's been cleaned of cache which even in "private" browsing does matter a lot. That them running on one piece of equipment simultaneously slows down memory heavy apps like Chrome. If they aren't the same time the background apps will affect it. Not to mention loading different pages or loading as different times doesn't show much because of the differences in how routing tables work. The other issue Opera and Chrome use the same web engine which is Blink meaning the speeds would be dependent between the two which has the least background processes running of which Opera would as it's literally designed as a developer browse and to be bareback. I'm not saying opera can't be the slowest, but they the test well isn't very well done. Granted I'm just bored and have insomnia so watching random tech vids as I've fallen off of tech in the last few years with a change in careers.

Edge is the fastest but as I use MacOS the second best and more consistent is Firefox, I guess I’m moving from Chrome to Firefox

I like Edge and using it right now to type this comment in. But I noticed that YouTube doesn't load as fast on Edge as other browsers but other than that. It's pretty good.
